Whilst there is a proliferation of labels given to various types of contracts, these labels often cause confusion. In essence there are two basic types of contracts used within the construction industry, Lump Sum Contracts or Cost Plus Contracts, with derivatives of each.
Outside of the traditional Lump Sum or Cost Plus contracts there is also the option of Construction Management.
Whilst the majority of our work is by way of the traditional Build Only or Design & Construct, we have completed a number of projects by way of ECI ( Early Contractor Involvement).
At the end of the day we are open to discuss any Client proposed methods of delivery be they a JV or whatever.
