Once again a negotiated project with a new client Halcyon at Hope Island. PPQ were engaged by Halcyon to provide Cost Planning and Project Management Services as well as a construction delivery service on this $3m facility at Hope Island.

The project in two parts comprised an initial Boathouse constructed on top of a pontoon The second component is that of a Recreational Club Facility complete with function room, commercial kitchen, library, games room, amenities, gym and external lap pool.

The project finished ahead of programme in late December 2015.
