A repeat project for our client, Norris Corporation.

As on previous projects, Platinum were initially engaged to provide Design/Project management services as well as Cost Planning on this $16m project.

Platinum are currently working with the client and Mackay Council to increase the yield on the site from the current 59 accommodation units to 89 units and anticipate commencing construction of the final DA approved scheme in late 2014.
