This $900k Design & Construct contract for MS Projects entailed the fit-out of a 600m2 Office and the retrofitting of a sprinkler installation to a 6000m2 warehouse in Yatala on Brisbane Southside.

Whilst only a relatively small project the challenge was to complete all of the works in 5 weeks—including obtaining necessary approvals in a period of 5 weeks.

As an added complication, the new tenant was also required to commence occupation during this time.

The project went according to plan and was completed 1 week ahead of schedule.
