Following a lengthy selective tendering process for Amex Corporation, PPQ were awarded this $2.8m project at Ripley Valley.

The project comprised a single storey Neighbourhood Centre building of approximately 600m2 floor area complete with amenities, sales/community area and cafe as well as extensive landscaping and car parking for 80 cars.

The project was completed right on time in April 2016.
