A high end Townhouse Development in North Brisbane for our client Survey Consultants Pty Ltd (Norris Corporation). The Project comprised thirty (30) 3 Bedroom townhouses with associated central facilities, roadworks, landscaping etc.

Platinum were originally engaged as Project Managers to assist in negotiating an existing DA for 24 Townhouses to a revised DA for 30 Townhouses.

Following a successful outcome PPQ undertook the role of Design Managers and Cost Planners and ultimately went on to construct the $6.5m project which was completed in 2012.
